Dr. Gaines offers highly individualized pistol instruction for beginners as well as the most advanced students.  Even if you've never shot a pistol or taken a class, Dr. Gaines will quickly evaluate your knowledge and physical skills in order to enhance your shooting confidence and performance.  In defensive shooting, marksmanship is important, but just as important is the ability to shoot rapidly while staying on target.  The goal of your training is to shoot safely, rapidly, and accurately.  The Israeli shooting method is the gold standard for safe and effective shooting.
